Développeurs sans frontières (Developers without borders) is a French association, based in Paris, founded in 2007 by experts members of organizations in support to entrepreneurship and economic development. Its objective is to contribute to promotion, the international level, of methods and bearing devices to the creation of companies and activities in a sustainable step of development. Développeurs sans frontières proposes non expensive interventions of expertise for the territories whose resources are modest, in particular the countries which cross phases of economic transition.
History In April 2006, experts meet to contribute to promotion, at the international level, of methods of support to the creation of companies and activity. Andre Jaunay (president), Daniele Rousseau and Philippe Marcq (vice-presidents) form the office. In January 2007, association adopts its graphic charter and launches the co-operation with the African partners. In June 2007, preparation of a co-operation with the university Léopold-Sédar Senghor of Alexandria (Egypt). In July 2007, Développeurs sans frontières is listed as non-profit association in Paris.
Objectives To gather, in close link with the networks supporting entrepreneurship in France, experts to diffuse, in particular in countries and territories which cross phases of economic transition, information and knowledge relating to its devices. To support and develop, in these experts, at the time of their interventions, the capacity to be evoked and present, according to the needs for the ground, other devices that that which they represent. As well as the interest that there is, in a step of development economic total to compose and promote coherent sets of devices. Within the framework of a project which aims, initially at least, to promote the devices developed in France, to establish modes of relations and exchanges interactive, capable to support at the same time a true appropriation by experts and territories of other countries and an enrichment of our practices. To mobilize public and private resources for non-expensive interventions of expertise for the territories whose resources are modest. |
